Hug/Kiss/Flirt/Badtouch: If you surprise him with the touching, he'll freak out. XD; He's not a touchy-feely kind of guy. He expects it from Spains and Frances, though, so with those two he's okay. Though he'll probably smack a bitch (France) if they try anything and he's not feeling it. He'll be all awkward if you hug him or kiss him and there are feelings. He's really not good with that. As for flirting, he's okay. He doesn't mind it and would probably flirt back if he thinks you're kinda hot too.
Crush/Love/Lust: Oh, go ahead. It'll stroke his ego to have someone having a thing for him. And why not? He's the Awesome Prussia after all. Just don't expect much on reciprocation, unless he really, really likes you.
Befriend: While he's awesome and insists that he doesn't need friends, he'd love to have them, so go ahead. Who wouldn't want to be friends with His Awesomeness?
Fight/Maim/Kill: Please ask first. Tough as he is, I like Prussia alive and unhurt. ^^;
